Today was my unintended “cheat” day for the week. Ate a lot of bread and now I am facing the consequences because i feel like im having acid re-flux. Just wanted to make a note to myself that cravings I get for unhealthy food are not valid. Just because coke addicts want more coke doesnt mean they should have it.
Also I need to work on more sleep because I am easily perturbed these days and it makes it all the more difficult to get myself to workout after work when I’m running on E already.
Ill get in the swig of things eventually. On a brighter note im feeling real confident especially because a friend complimented me yesterday:)
